Since then, this Super-speciality division has become the Centre of Excellence in Spine care – both surgical and non-surgical. Back Pain/ Neck Pain Clinic: (Tuesday & Fridays 4pm – 5:30 pm)
Back pain/ neck pain is a very common problem in the present day and age. Fast paced lifestyle with more and more dependence on mobile phone/ computer use combined with sedentary routine , cause increased degenerative diseases of the intervertebral disc and bones.
Treatment of back pain/ neck pain involve accurate identification of pain generators and directing treatment as well as preventive methods for future protection. More than 90% of Back pain/ neck pain are treatable with exercises, lifestyle modifications and medications.
Scoliosis Clinic: (Thursday 9am -1pm)
Scoliosis clinic provides accurate assessment of spinal deformities and formulation of treatment. Treatment methods include observation, bracing or surgical correction. Traetment of Scoliosis is available on all OP days including Thursdays.
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery uses the techniques in which the invasion of normal tissues is minimized using state-of-the-art technology and equipments. Result is quicker recovery, lesser hospital stay. The Doctor will discuss with you all details of surgery and expected course after surgery.
